Routine Maintenance Procedures
Filter element inspection, cleaning and replacement

After the filter element has been working for a period of time, when the pressure difference through the filter element increases to the design limit due to the clogging of dirt, the filter element must be maintained, including cleaning or replacement. The material and structure of the filter element determine whether it can be cleaned and how to clean it.

Note: Among the filter elements used in ZYD-T-W, the coarse filter element FL01 can be cleaned. Fine filter elements FL02, FL03 and vacuum pump oil filter elements cannot be cleaned and must be replaced.

Coarse filter element cleaning and replacement
|
When the vacuum degree reaches -0.07~-0.1Mpa, the oil viscosity is low, the oil inlet solenoid valve (SV01, SV02) is fully opened, and the oil inlet speed is still slower than the oil discharge speed of the oil pump, stop the machine and remove the suction filter. Net maintenance. The filter element can be cleaned in gasoline or alkaline cleaning solution, and the dirt attached to the mesh is blown away from the inside to the outside with compressed air. Before installation, check whether the filter screen is damaged, and replace it if found damaged.
