Oil Before and After Treatment

Portable oil filter machine working principle:

 

In view of the cause of pollutants, the whole machine adopts three-stage filtration to remove particles and colloids of different particle sizes in the oil by classification. The gear oil pump is used as the power source of the whole machine, which can fully guarantee the suction and discharge of oil; through the data reflected by the pressure gauges of the filters at all levels, the filters at all levels can be prompted to replace or clean the corresponding filter elements.

Working Process

The oil to be treated enters the primary filter through the oil inlet valve, and the impurities above 80 μm are effectively intercepted and attached to the surface of the filter element.

The oil then enters the oil pump and is pumped into the secondary filter to remove impurities above 20 μm.

The oil passes through the third-stage filter Remove impurities above 10μm and some jelly in the oil, and at the same time, most of the impurities below 10μm are absorbed, and the oil flows out through the check valve.
