Series FTVS Double-stage Transformer Evacuation System, vacuum pump set is a new type of vacuuming equipment developed and produced by our company. It is widely used in the process of producing vacuum condition for various equipments. Its vacuum pressure can reach much lower than any other products in the same field.

It is widely used in the vacuuming process in the production, installation and maintenance of many electric power equipments, like electric power transformer, capacitor etc., and is also used in the technical process of industrial production, such as vacuum drying, vacuum distillation, vacuum wielding, vacuum coating etc.

It is not suitable for the vacuum process for air and gases containing too much powder, water and oxygen as well as explosive, corrosive, poisonous and chemical substances.

Product After-sales Service:

1. The warranty period of the whole machine is one year. During the warranty period, if there are major problems with the equipment, the three guarantees will be implemented (except for improper human operation or intentional damage, etc.). Any abnormal problems will be handled by the supplier free of charge. If they occur outside the warranty period, the supplier will provide free technical services for life, and only charge the cost of accessories.

2. The supplier is responsible for free on-site installation, commissioning, training of operators, and maintenance essentials.

3. During the prescribed quality assurance period, the supplier shall be responsible for any defects and failures caused by defects in design process or materials.

4. After the equipment is put into operation, due to product quality reasons, the supplier shall respond within 2 hours after receiving the written notice from the demander, rush to the site within 24 hours, and eliminate the fault within 48 hours.

5. Regular telephone or on-site service will be made every three months after the equipment is delivered for use.

6. Provide spare parts at a long-term discount and free technical consultation. If there is any technological innovation, the supplier will upgrade the system of the product purchased by the user free of charge.
