Product Description

Plate Frame Pressurized Type Oil Purifier Series PL is specially designed for power station, electricity factory, power electrical substation of industrial and mining enterprise, lube oil depot, tractor station, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, national defense industry, etc, filtering water content and impurities of transformer oil, turbine oil, engine oil, EP gear oil, machine oil, diesel oil, hydraulic oil and as well as filtering edible oil while using stainless steel plates. It's a great choice as pre-treatment equipment prior to high vacuum oil purifier machines.

Due to the limitation of gear structure and device structure, it is not suitable for high-viscosity oil; for gasoline, kerosene
and other non-lubricating oils, special materials and special motors can be selected according to user needs. When the viscosity of the oil is high, the oil should be heated first (such as using the JRQ type external heater produced by our factory or a self-made heating device) to reduce the viscosity of the oil and facilitate filtration. If the oil is too dirty, you can first use the method of sedimentation to remove a large amount of impurities and then use this oil purifier to filter.

Plate Frame Pressurized Type Oil Purifier Series PL is made up of filtering bed, boosting type oil pump and rough filter. There are filtering media, such as filtering paper or filtering fuse, installed between the steel filter board and filter plate that will be fixed to form a single filtering room under the pressure of the packing device. The filtering paper or filtering fuse packed between the filter board and filter plate will play a role of filtering.
