Product Description

The main function of electrical insulating oil is cooling and insulation, and it also has the functions of preventing arc generated when power is cut off. Due to system leakage, poor sealing, long-term thermal load of the oil, open oil storage, etc., moisture and gas infiltrate into the oil, resulting in aquifers and gas in the oil.

ZYD-T series vacuum oil purifier is used to remove trace moisture, gas and solid pollutants in petroleum-based oil products such as various insulating oils and transformer oils. The oil can be independently bypassed or purified online as required.

Filtration system for oil purifier
A primary filter (FL01) with a precision of 50µm is installed in ZYD-T to protect the oil pump. A 5-10µm filter element is optional in the secondary filter (FL02). According to the different requirements of customers for the cleanliness of the oil, the third-stage filter can be equipped with a 1-3μm filter element. When the filtration pressure is greater than 0.3Mpa, the equipment will stop running immediately.
