In 2023, the 6th-generation waste oil regenerative distillation re-refining plant successfully developed by our company was perfectly combined with the most advanced anaerobic pyrolysis separation technology of hazardous waste which was developed at the same year, helps the waste oil regeneration ratio increased upto 99.9% max. (other company's products only produce the around 70% of oils), therefore, our plant can bring more benefits to customers.

Anaerobic Pyrolysis Separation System of Hazardous Waste - Increase the Oil Production Rate and Reduce the Wastes to Minimum

Pyrolysis is a technology with a long history. Wood, peat and most organic matter can be gasified and pyrolyzed. Depending on the chemical process used, pyrolysis is called carbonization, coking, gasification, and thermal decomposition.

 
Hazardous waste is separated and processed into three states in an oxygen-free environment at <1000ºC by our special anaerobic pyrolysis separation equipment so as to reduce the quantity of wastes and pollution, meanwhile, increase the oil production rate.
 
This system was developed to minimize the discharge of solid waste and liquid waste from industrial production. All organic waste can be processed through physical properties such as solid, liquid, vapor and ignition points at different temperatures. This device carries out regeneration and comprehensive utilization and harmless or reduced emissions. This device can solve the problems of energy conservation and emission reduction in various industries and manufacturing industries.
 
The traditional refining residue rate is about 30% and the oil content is about 70%, but the oil recovery rate (total amount) of our plant thanks to this technology is about 20% higher than that of other products (based on an annual output of 10,000 tons, our equipment can refine an additional 2,000 tons of refined oil than others).
This device will never form knots or trap dirt inside; The outdated products from other companies are facing the risk of explosion due to knots or trap dirt inside the tanks & pipelines.
 
There are only two things at the output by using this technology: 1. Refined oil products; 2. Carbon powder.
