In 2023, the 6th-generation waste oil regenerative distillation re-refining plant successfully developed by our company was perfectly combined with the most advanced anaerobic pyrolysis separation technology of hazardous waste which was developed at the same year, helps the waste oil regeneration ratio increased upto 99.9% max. (other company's products only produce the around 70% of oils), therefore, our plant can bring more benefits to customers.

It is very suitable for large and small repair shops, various general machinery, ships, trucks and other heavy pollution (that is, dirty oil and mixed oil that cannot be treated by chemical methods).

THE MOST ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND FEATURES ON FS-HDM PLANT :

 1.Full-bridge Rectification Distillation Technology - a patented complete new distillation technology  

Traditional distillation is just a simple thermal distillation separation process. It uses the difference in boiling point of each component in the mixed liquid (solid) to evaporate the low-boiling point component, and then cools it for separation, that is, two units of evaporation and cooling. simple operation process.

2.Self-developed main reactor material:
can work under 1000 degrees for a long time without any safety risks  (avoiding material softening, leakage, corrosion, etc.).

3.Self-developed electromagnetic coil:
Will never oxidize or break, and matches the working principle of the main reactor. It can work under 1000 degrees for a long time and can be repeatedly installed and disassembled for maintenance (traditional high-temperature wires and nickel-plated wires cannot be repeatedly disassembled and maintained).

4.Advanced catalytic adsorption systems:  
Can convert alkenes (unsaturated hydrocarbons) into alkanes.
The oil color will never change back to dark again (colloid will not be formed again due to color change and damage the engine's fuel system);
The oil recovery rate is much higher than others, which improves economic benefits and ensures that oil quality remains unchanged for long-term storage.

5.Catalysts, adsorbents, filter media:   
 A. Can be recycled repeatedly (if equipped with anaerobic carbonization equipment, it can be regenerated in a controlled manner);
B. No further hazardous waste will be generated (because waste catalysts and adsorbents contain petroleum hydrocarbons and need to be handed over to professional institutions for disposal);
C. Reduce the purchase cost of catalysts and adsorbents.

6.Keep the carbon chain constant during the distillation process and only obtain the base oil or diesel oil by our special technology.   
 More than 99% of waste oils are long carbon chain, as long as it doesn't contain any short carbon chain, our newest plant can only distillate the one kind of fluids (diesel oil or base oil) as per actual design.
