Product Description

 The oil used for lubrication system of turbine generators need maintenance and treatment because it may be mixed with air, water and impurities. Otherwise, it can speed up oil quality turning bad or break down the adjuster and protection system, damage the plain journal bearing, and influence the whole machine running.

Our Series FTY Vacuum Waste Turbine Oil Recycling Machine is specially designed for purifying various unqualified turbine oil (such as ISO-VG-46/32/68/100, etc.) from steam turbine system, gas turbine system & Fans, especially for serious emulsion turbine oil, it can quickly and efficiently break emulsification, separate water (emulsified and dissolved water), gas, dirt, particles from oil, so that make sure quality of treated oil to achieve new oil's standard, ensure whole turbine system work safely.

This equipment use a special polymer materials as filter medium combined with vacuum separating technology and dehydration system to break emulsification, dewater, degas, remove acid and particles, make the badly turbid turbine oil becomes clean.

Your Turbine System is Encountering Unique Oil Contamination Problems ! 

Poorly maintained turbine oil translates to millions of dollars in lost production each week. And the losses don't stop there. In the absence of adequately specced and maintained filtration systems, you'll be saddled with high wastewater handling, virgin oil, and lube costs - not to mention the increased environmental costs that come with reduced efficiency.

While each engine or generation system: gas turbine, steam turbine, hydro turbine, etc. has its unique pain points, a few fundamentals always apply. Turbine oil life is primarily determined by "oxidation stability" - the oil's natural tendency to break down over time. Heat, water, aeration, and particle contamination all work to accelerate this breakdown. Meanwhile, oil additives like antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and the like resist these forces, increasing the turbine stability and extending service life. The biggest challenge comes in keeping all of these forces balanced over the long haul. 

Lubricating and hydraulic oils each have their individual challenges.  Among them are water and particulate contamination in the steam turbine lube oil reservoir and varnish, moisture by condensation, and particulate in gas turbine and control oil reservoirs.
