As is well known the Transformer plays an important role in the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Under load the transformer, dissipates heat and the insulating oil acts as a coolant as well as an effective dielectric.
Due to the highly hygroscopic nature of the transformer oil, it absorbs moisture from windings, which leads to gradual deterioration of dielectric strength. Also there are some waste impurities, gas contents in the transformer oil which destroy the oil's quality.
The FUOOTECH Explosion proof Type Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine (Series ZYD-EX) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power both below and above 100kva, 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line and dry the transformer.
The FUOOTECH Explosion proof Type Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine (Series ZYD-EX) not only provides regular oil purification/ reclamation such as degassing, drying and particulate removal, but also can remove acidity, sludge, carbon deposits, sulfur, and other soluble oil decay products and improve physical & chemical properties comparable to new transformer oil.
This type oil filtration is specially designed for explosion proof, applied with complete explosion proof measure and operated in some dangerous area. The explosion proof class is normally ExdBT4, CT class is also available to design. It can meet requirement in various dangerous environments.
1. ZYD-Ex is explosion-proof type. And it moves easily and can be used both indoor and outdoor.
2. And it has double-stage high pumping speed vacuum system, multistage stage vacuum analytical separation system, it can quickly separate out water, gases, impurities, polar substances and other deteriorated materials.
3. Adopting the three-dimensional flash evaporation dehydration and degassing technology, it high efficiently separates water, gases from the oil, making the breakdown voltage rapidly increase to above 75KV.
4. Adopting the complex high speed degassing spiral flow structure, oil gas separate dual channel technology, redissolution technology in anti oil gas separation, it quickly removes various organic hydrocarbon gases, ensuring no acetylene and hydrogen in oil.
5. Adopting carbon fiber infrared heating, grouped ultra low surface load, PID constant temperature control and dual temperature flow protection technology. Inside the machine installed the the diameter increase oil flow direction turning overflow technology to prevent "dead oil area", over-temperature and drying.
6. Adopting multistage high β value compound filtration system, linear coupling filter seal, it can effectively filter even the tiny particles mechanical impurities.
7. Specially made precise oil pump with low noise meeting environmental protection requirement.
8. Online filtering oil; with nobody watching is okay, and it can also be used for vacuum oiling the transformers etc and drying its hot oil.
9. Equipped with advanced infrared liquid level auto control system, auto defoaming control system, pressure protection system and safety interlock control to ensure that the equipment work for long time, safely and reliably.
