FUOOTECH'S ZYD-T-O Series Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine is mainly used to improve the properties of transformer oil for 66KV to 500KV power transmission project. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system.  Transformer oil maintenance is the key to transformer reliability, performance and longevity.

All transformer's insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles that accumulate as the oil ages. Even some new oils may require treatment to limit these contents to acceptable levels.   We are a designing, engineering and manufacturing company capable of application customization for best solutions.

 

ZYD-T-O Series Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine is mainly used for dealing with unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil in various large power equipments which are above 110 kV at outdoors for weather proof, sand proof, wind proof, etc.

Series ZYD-T-O is developed on the basis of Double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration machine Series ZYD. It has the same function of quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength, effectively making sure electrical equipment working safely and normally.

 Series ZYD-T-O can also be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying, vacuum pumping and vacuum oiling like ZYD Series.

This oil purifier machine  is made in mobile type with Mobile Trailer (single-axle and double-axle are available as per need) which can be mounted on motor vehicle to move to any outside fields by public roads to proceed the treatment works at outdoors. 

 And all components such as pumps, motors, filters, tanks, valves, pipelines, controls, etc… are totally enclosed and protected by steel frame cover and heavy duty doors enclosure and designed for lifting crane (equipped with lifting hooks). The equipment inside will be facilitated by a system of door locks installed at a perimeter of the enclosure.
