Brief Introduction
Automatic Insulating Oil Dielectric Strength Tester is also known as Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester or Oil BDV Tester.
Break-down voltage is measured by observing at what voltage, sparking string between two electrodes immersed in the oil, separated byspecific gap. Low value of BDV indicates presence of moisture content and conducting substances in the oil.
There are a large number of electrical equipment in power system factories and mines. Its internal insulation is mostly oil-filled and insulated. The dielectric strength test of insulating oil is a must-test routine test item. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the power industry, our company has taken the lead in developing FOT-G Series Fully Automatic Oil Dielectric Strength Test Set (Touch Screen Control Type) with multi testing standards.

With a microprocessor, automatically fulfill the withstand voltage test for oil circulation with a range of 0 ~ 80kV or 100kV (including boosting, maintaining, mixing, standing, calculation, printing and other operations).
Large colorful touch screen menu controlled, clearly displaying the whole testing status and result.
Pre-programmed more than 14 test standards such as DL 429.9-91, GB/T 507-2002, IEC 60156/1995, BS EN60156, NF EN60156, CEI EN60156, SEV EN60156, SABS EN60156, UNE EN60156, VDE 0370, JIS C2101/1999, ASTM D877, ASTM D1816, etc., and there are 5 user-programmed methods and custom test modes. Very convenient for different users to choose freely.
Power-down preservation, system time can go on running under power off.
With RS232 interface as optional.
The instrument has strong adaptability and can be used in laboratories and outdoor scenes. The instrument also has strong anti-interference ability and can work normally in strong electromagnetic field environments.
Small volume, light which operated in the open air very conveniently.
