Introduction & Application

Series LOP-EX Explosion-proof Vacuum Lubricating Oil Filtration System  (also named as lube oil purifier system) is widely used for purifying the various industrial lube oils by quick dehydration, degassing and removing impurities.

Series LOP-EX Explosion-proof Vacuum Waste Engine Oil Recycling Machine is also suitable for various lubricating oils whose oil color turns dark red after oxidation, and oil that need to reduce the acid content. It can remove harmful components in the oil, improve the lubrication performance, reduce the rust or corrosion of the oil equipment due to excessive moisture or impurities, and the purification of acidic components, thereby prolonging the life of the oil.

1. Strong impurity removal capability, can deep-layered precision filter media removes fine particles from the oil.

2. Utilizing German H.P.M. high-molecular polymer demulsification, the demulsification filter element not only breaks the emulsion more thoroughly but also offers a lifespan of up to ten years without replacement.
