In 2023, the 6th-generation waste oil regenerative distillation re-refining plant successfully developed by our company was perfectly combined with the most advanced anaerobic pyrolysis separation technology of hazardous waste which was developed at the same year, helps the waste oil regeneration ratio increased upto 99.9% max. (other company's products only produce the around 70% of oils), therefore, our plant can bring more benefits to customers.

1. Full-bridge Rectification Distillation Technology - a patented complete new distillation technology

The unique full-bridge rectification distillation technology newly developed by our company perfectly combines simple distillation

with multi-stage differentiation, so as to grade and separate each component in the mixture to achieve the specified highest
purity, forcing the gas and liquid in multi-stage distillation to reverse flow occurs in the catalytic system and form a vortex to
enter into the fine-distillation tower, and then reuse the heat flow principle.

2.Self-developed flocculant

Greatly reduces distillation residues, avoids clogging of pipelines and tanks, and greatly
reduces safety risks. The oil produced is of extremely high quality.

3.Anaerobic Pyrolysis Separation System of Hazardous Waste - Increase the Oil Production Rate and Reduce the Wastes to Minimum

Pyrolysis is a technology with a long history. Wood, peat and most organic matter can be gasified and pyrolyzed. Depending on the chemical process used, pyrolysis is called carbonization, coking, gasification, and thermal decomposition.

Hazardous waste is separated and processed into three states in an oxygen-free environment at <1000ºC by="" our="" special="" anaerobic="" />pyrolysis separation equipment so as to reduce the quantity of wastes and pollution, meanwhile, increase the oil production rate.
