Product Description

Lube oil purifiers machine can quickly remove moisture, gas, impurities and volatiles from oil. Improve oil quality, restore lubricating oil viscosity, flash point and performance. Features:

 

1. Strong ability to filter out impurities. The large-area and deep-level precision filter material can remove fine particles in the oil.

2. The German H.P.M polymer material is used for demulsification, so that the demulsification filter element is not only more thorough in demulsification, but also the life of the filter element can reach ten years without replacement.

3. Advanced medium heat-absorbing condensation system.

 

4. The machine is equipped with pressure protection, automatic temperature control and heating, automatic separation of condensed water device, and drainage during line operation. The operation is simple, safe and reliable.

5. High-quality filter material is used, which has a large amount of dirt holding capacity, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, high precision of impurity removal, and long service life.

6. Unique degassing and dehydration system: It adopts three-dimensional evaporation technology and multi-layer oil-water separation technology to quickly separate water, gas and impurities in oil.

9. The German 3UG3 phase relay and trinity interlocking protection device are adopted, so that the equipment can be perfectly protected in any state.
